01 Opening Machines

                 

Uses and characteristics: To loosen all kinds of fiber` in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roller to reduce fiber damage. The main opening is by card wire plate with high efficiency and good quality. It is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities. 02  Feeding Machine

 

Uses and characteristics: To mix the opened firer and transfer the even cotton layer to next procedure. 03 Single-Cylinder Double-doffer Carding Machine

 

Uses and characteristics: Suitable for carding of 1.5D～20D×38～65mm artificial fiber. Single cylinder high-speed carding and double-doffer outputting has high production capacities. Cotton stripping has been used stripper bar, the cotton feeding roller is controlled by frequency conversion. 05  Cross Lapper

                  

Uses and characteristics: To fold and pave the mesh after carding evenly into certain width and thickness. Then transfer it to next procedure after pressurization. All paving aprons are driven separately for easy adjustment. The reciprocal commutation is controlled by frequency conversion, and the rail is proof against oil leaking.
